Here is my list for the top ten coolest USB Flash Drives:

#10 Lego Custom case drives

Last, but certainly not least, my favorite of the DIY custom flash drive case scene. Available to anyone with some legos, a dremel tool, and some spare USB key guts.

This is the IronKey. The manufacturer touts that this is the safest USB key in the world. And after seeing their Demo, I believe it! The key has a password vault, an ultra secure portable version of Mozilla Firefox, and an internet backup feature. Available for as low as 79.99 (for the 1gb version) the price includes "1 year of internet protection".
